Terms of Service for Bunnydoku

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Meta Innovation ("Meta Innovation", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of Bunnydoku, related websites, software, content, features, support, updates, and services (collectively, the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, access, or use the App.

1. License Grant

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Meta Innovation grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use and as permitted by the rules of the app store or platform from which you obtained the App.

This license also applies to any updates, bug fixes, enhancements, additional content, or replacement versions that we provide for the App, unless a separate agreement accompanies those materials.

2. License Restrictions

You may not copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices or users at the same time, except as expressly permitted by applicable platform rules.

You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, create derivative works from, remove proprietary notices from, or circumvent technical protections in the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly prohibits those restrictions or open source license terms for included components allow it.

3. Ownership

Meta Innovation and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, artwork, characters, designs, text, audio, gameplay, trade names, trademarks, and other intellectual property. No rights are granted to you except for the limited license expressly described in these Terms.

4. Data and Privacy

You agree that Meta Innovation may collect and use technical, diagnostic, analytics, crash, device, and usage information related to the App to provide, maintain, improve, troubleshoot, and support the App. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The App may use third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, advertising SDKs, hosting providers, or other service providers. Your use of the App may also be subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertising, rewarded ads, analytics, links, or other third-party content and services. Third-party services are provided by their respective providers and are not controlled by Meta Innovation. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content, accuracy, availability, policies, or practices.

You agree to use third-party services at your own risk and in compliance with applicable law and the terms that govern those services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, interferes with the App's operation, disrupts other users' experience, attempts unauthorized access to systems or data, or uses automation, bots, scraping, or similar tools in a manner not expressly authorized by Meta Innovation.

7. Updates, Changes, and Availability

Meta Innovation may provide updates or changes to the App from time to time. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, remove, disable, or restrict access to any part of the App at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

The App or certain features may not be available in every language, country, region, device, operating system version, or network environment.

8. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Meta Innovation. You may terminate these Terms by deleting the App and stopping all use of it. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession or control.

9. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and any services performed or provided by the App are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Meta Innovation disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions, including warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

No oral or written information or advice given by Meta Innovation or its representatives creates any warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, Meta Innovation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, device failure, or other losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if Meta Innovation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, Meta Innovation's total liability for all claims related to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). The foregoing limitations apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

11. Export and Legal Compliance

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the App except as authorized by applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region subject to applicable embargoes or sanctions and are not listed on any applicable restricted party list. You also agree not to use the App for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

12. U.S. Government End Users

The App and related documentation are commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation. If acquired by or on behalf of any U.S. Government end user, the App is licensed only with the rights granted to all other end users under these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to them or the App will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws provide mandatory local rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
